1. The above package is based on a minimum of 2 PAX per booking

2. All transfers and tours are based on SIC coach basis

3. Rates are quoted per person, not Valid during PEAK Season

4. The above rates are not applicable for conventions, conferences, meetings or incentive groups.

5. Standard check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12 Noon.

6. Additional 4% is to be included for Credit Card payments.

7. Rooms are subject to availability.

8. Child with bed same rate as an Adult, Child 2-6 year old sharing bed with parent is 20% Less.

9. Minimum one child shall be allowed per room, Additional child shall be charged accordingly

10. Children 12 years and above are considered adults and shall be charged the extra person rate

11. Full cancellation charge - No Show Passenger.

12. Rates are non-refundable , non-transferable once booked and finalised, rooms are re-bookable
