The hotel is named after a local weed and herbal plant, known as agusais or asahas, which grows on barren and unused lands. Just like the humble palm grass, resilient and persistently growing in abundance despite harsh conditions, we aim to become staunch advocates for the preservation of the Cebuano cultural heritage as well as promote eco-friendly practices at all times.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Free time at your own leisure time 1300H pick up at the Ayala Center Turista Desk for the half day Cebu city Tour. Visit: Taoist Temple, Heritage of Cebu Monument, Yap - San Diego Ancestral House, Magellan’s Cross, Basilica Minore del Sto, Nino, Running Tour: Colon St., Fuente Osmena Circle, Capital Site. 1. The above package is based on a minimum of 2 PAX per booking

2. All transfers and tours are based on SIC coach basis

3. Rates are quoted per person, not Valid during PEAK Season

4. The above rates are not applicable for conventions, conferences, meetings or incentive groups.

5. Standard check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12 Noon.

6. Additional 4% is to be included for Credit Card payments.

7. Rooms are subject to availability.

8. Child with bed same rate as an Adult, Child 2-6 year old sharing bed with parent is 20% Less.

9. Minimum one child shall be allowed per room, Additional child shall be charged accordingly

10. Children 12 years and above are considered adults and shall be charged the extra person rate

11. Full cancellation charge - No Show Passenger.
