ARRIVING IN SIARGAO

Our Guest Relations representative will be waiting for you at the airport and will provide assistance.
You will be escorted to the Nay Palad Hideaway vehicle and driven to the hideaway (approximately a 40-minute drive).

YOUR ALL-INCLUSIVE STAY

At Nay Palad Hideaway, the following are included in your rate:

• Full board meals (Breakfast menu; family style-, picnic- or barbecue-lunch; fine dining dinner with 3 or 4 courses)

• All beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, except Champagne)

• Unlimited mini bar
• All excursions and activities such as surfing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, sailing with Hobie Cat, island-hopping, snorkeling, cycling, hiking and cooking classes

• All water sports such as wakeboarding, water-skiing or donut rides

• Yoga at the sea- or mangrove-pagoda or at the yoga studio • all spa treatments (massage, scrubs, bathtub,...)

• Access to the fitness studio

• Daily housekeeping and laundry services (note: dry cleaning is not available at the resort)

• Land transfers from and to Siargao‘s Sayak Airport (IAO)

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY

A minimum of 2 (two) nights accommodation is standard with the exception of holidays.
A minimum of 5 (five) nights accommodation is required during Chinese New Year, Easter, Christmas and New Year seasons.

KIDS RATES

• Kids 3 years old and below are free of charge.
• Per family, one child between the ages of 4 and 9 is free of charge.
• Any additional children in this age bracket will be charged at 50% off the adult rate.
• Each child between the ages of 10 and 17 will be charged at 50% off the adult rate.

PAYMENT POLICY

A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation. Full payment is due a minimum of 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival and is required to confirm the booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or by credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, I wanna go on Vacation must receive a written notice of cancellation from the client.
Deposits cannot be refunded. Bookings cancelled or reduced in number are charged as indicated below:

• 15 - 30 days before arrival : 50% of total booking
• 14 days before arrival or less : 100% of total booking

No refund will be given for no-show or days not used resulting from early check out. In case of late arrival, the Nay Palad Hideaway Team would be happy to extend a stay pro- vided that there are villas available, however the resort cannot be held accountable for any flight delays or cancellations.

Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or villa type on your reservation are subject to the hideaway’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a rate change.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance prior to confirming your reservation and accepting the terms and conditions of Nay Palad Hideaway’s cancellation.
