Visit South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, the second main temple of Cambodia. Baphoun the enormous Hindu mount temple. constructed early in the 11th century. Next, walk along the Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King, then explore Ta Phom, another Buddhist temple covered by dense tropical forest. where the Tomb Raider movie was filmed. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit Banteay Srei or Banteay Srey which is a 10th century Cambodian temple dedicated to the Hindu God, Shiva. Located in the area of Angkor, it lies near the hill of Phnom Dei, 25Km north-east of the main group of temples that once belonged to the medieval capitals of Yasodharapura and Angkor Thom. Visit South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, the second main temple of Cambodia. Baphoun the enormous Hindu mount temple. constructed early in the 11th century. Next, walk along the Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King, then explore Ta Phom, another Buddhist temple covered by dense tropical forest. where the Tomb Raider movie was filmed. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit Banteay Srei or Banteay Srey which is a 10th century Cambodian temple dedicated to the Hindu God, Shiva. Located in the area of Angkor, it lies near the hill of Phnom Dei, 25Km north-east of the main group of temples that once belonged to the medieval capitals of Yasodharapura and Angkor Thom. Enjoy the sunset at Pre Rup Temple then proceed to souvenir shop. Back to two thereafter.
